DAWID KUCHTA, PhD
His professional interests currently center on RF & Microwave engineering. His work specifically focuses on power amplifier adjustment to new radar technology and design RF circuits for Advanced 5G systems. Dawid interested in all aspects of new technology and microwave engineering that has the potential to impact peoples’ lives. Currently, he’s focused on development and deployment of 5G new radios: power amplifiers, mmWave transceivers and RF Front-End for 5G base stations. He worked on military project related to radar systems as well as industrial projects for the world’s leading companies.
Education and Research activity
Dawid attended the Warsaw University of Technology where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (2013) and Master’s degree in Telecommunications (2014) from the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied physics (2014) from the Faculty of Physics. He attended also the National University of Singapore (NUS) where he realized Master’s degree program (2013-2014). He began a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology in 2014 and transferred to the National University of Singapore one year later where he continued his career at MMIC laboratory under Prof. Guo Yong Xin supervision. In September 2020 he defended his dissertation focused on 5G and Military Power Amplifiers- the culmination of years of research work within top class entities in Singapore and Poland. He has authored or co-authored several international papers and international conference papers. He received several awards and Scholarships related to his research activity.
